Toronto police have put millions of dollars of their budget into forming the hate crime unit known as the HCU.
If you are a loser and you're offended by somebody you can call the hate crimes unit of the Toronto Police. They will literally open up an investigation with two or more detectives and spend weeks trying to build a case against whoever it was that cracked a joke or gave you the finger.
They won't arrest politicians, they won't arrest criminals, they will not arrest pedophiles and they let Palestinian protesters rip the city apart, but they will arrest you for cracking a gay joke, black joke, Jewish joke or fat joke.
It's time to completely defund all police forces in Canada because all they do is assault the taxpayers and let all of the criminals do whatever they want. Everything is backwards and there's no point paying for it.
